I, Deborah Tyree attest I am in no way the person that Mr. Eula has claimed via his Attorney. I can prove it. My biggest downfall was placing trust in Mr. Eula.
#1) Yes, I have filed this suit; My engagement ring was "Allegedly" worth $10k. I am going by what the defendant told me it was worth repeatedly in a boastful manner. It was a Tiffany ring, custom made by Garcia's Jeweler in Farmington. Subsequently, that dollar amount was counted by Mr. Eula and his baner mentality was one of many line items in his "What Deb has cost me" list, either in his head or on paper. Another example of this list was a trip to an expensive resort, Sorrel Ranch in Utah. I had never heard of it before and without an invitation from Mr. Eula, I would never have gone. This was a place of Nick's choosing, and a pre[1]engagement trip. The cost of that trip, as I was told, was $4k, bringing that list total to 14,000 as a beginning running tally as to what I've "cost him". I did not ask for those things. This is the way this man thinks after living alone for 30 years. In his mind, I was purchased. #2) Yes, we were never actually married. Colorado being a Common-Law State and personally going through divorce proceedings with the father of my 9-year-old. To my knowledge and based on that we were married. I would never base a claim On October 6th 2018, Mr. Eula had an absolute fit.
To the point where He was so enraged, and I was terrified.
This was over my small purchase of 2 saucer plates; about $3.
He “forbade” me from purchasing items that are not a dire need, so I was frivolous with my $3.
I was also forbidden to buy another house plant . . .
