Human Trafficking
Explained, by a survivor.

This is likely someone you already know. 

 

Someone that knows you and your situation for some reason. 

For me it was a close family friend that I had known for 16 years. 

This person knew my struggles as a single mother along with many other unfortunate circumstances. 

He pretended to care and collected every emotion, every reaction to use as a weapon in the future.

He thought through his exact plan that he manipulated me into before I even left my life as I knew it forever. 

He is a malignant narcissist.  He has zero empathy and only knows how to lie for his benefit.

His plan worked like a charm with me doing the damage to myself, ironically.  But I survived anyway.

In my situation, the promises that were made to me were conservative, realistic and not frivilous at all.

 

​That was the trap.

 

The  trap had been carefully planned for years and I had no idea.  

Carefully planned so I could never leave him and go back to my life.

All of it worked. 

He offered me things to make my life comfortable and have easy access to my kids whenever I wanted.  I have 2 grown and one who lives primarily with his father.  He promised a membership to a private shared-ride airline into an airport near my son, literally 8 minutes from his father's house.

That is a pretty conservative offer from a multimillionaire.  Another detail that made me believe his lies.

My experience began in 2019 when my captor bribed a Colorado judge.

My captor is a malignant narcissist.​

I was under his thumb and had fallen for the heap of lies because I was extremely vulnerable at the time and he knew it. 

Every agency designed for survivors to get help so they can help them themselves denied me after enthusiastically offering help to survive.​

​He wouldn't allow me mental health help even though I am disabled for PTSD because of lifelong abuse.

I was scolded for spending $3 at Goodwill.  I was threatened.  I had to have pre-marital sex with him.  He made me pose for nearly nude photos, and still has them today.  He has a military background and strong-armed me enough to really bruise.  He is a sick freak.  He lives happily and free of justice because of that probable measley bribe.
